Madécasse is a bean-to-bar chocolate producer, based in the US but making chocolate entirely in Madagascar, Africa. One of the only fine chocolates to be found made entirely in Madagascar from cocoa sourced from local cooperatives. Recognized for both excellent flavor (NYTimes, Food&Wine) and social impact (Fast Company, WSJ), each bar produces more than four times the economic impact of a fair trade bar alone.

Pink Pepper & Citrus bar is based on the classic 63% cocoa dark Madagascar chocolate. Combava fruit and pink peppercorn are ingredients found naturally and in rare form on the island of Madagascar, and have been revered for their culinary and in some cases medicinal properties.
