Xocolatti truffles contain single origin chocolate and only the freshest ingredients with no additives or preservatives. Each truffle is painted or coated ever so slightly to complete the piece of art. When bit into, the shell delicately cracks open to reveal an intense ganache.
Xocolatti combines exotic ingredients such as sheets of handmade Almond Nougatine, Persian Pistachio, Saffron, and Rose Petals from India to name a few.
Architect De-Spec's concept for the 150sf space lies in eliminating the traditional barriers of a storefront and creating a vitrine-like space that seamlessly integrates with the streetscape. Inside, each wall features a custom-designed, floor-to-ceiling bronze shelving system that acts as both storage and display for the iconic green and brown chocolate boxes. The resulting design is bold, graphic and sophisticated.
